A Passion for Learning
Dr. Queesha Tillman is an award-winning executive education leader, author, speaker, leadership strategist, and education innovator with more than two decades of experience developing people, transforming organizations, and advocating for children and communities.
Her journey began with a deeply personal mission: learning how to advocate for her son following his autism diagnosis. That mission led her into exceptional children’s education and ultimately into executive school leadership, where she has led transformational work resulting in state and national recognition.
Today, Dr. Tillman takes those lessons beyond the schoolhouse, equipping leaders and organizations to strengthen culture, lead courageously, develop people, and create meaningful, measurable impact.
